When you submit a business inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, an optional province and your message.

When a physician submits the physician inquiry form we collect: name, email address, optional phone number, medical specialty and optional specialty details, licensing status, preferred province, optional country of training, optional availability and any additional information you choose to share. We use these details to assess suitable recruitment opportunities and contact you about them. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, patient information or personal health information through this website.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or physician registration, discuss our services with you and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information.

Consent

By submitting the inquiry form and ticking the consent box, you agree to our use of your information for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored with a cloud service provider, and access is limited to authorized StellarCare personnel. Service providers that process information for us are expected to protect it. Information may be stored or processed outside your province or outside Canada.

Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through our contact page.
